- WHITE QUINOA: It has protein content not less than 13.8% and purity of 99.75%. We guarantee a product free of pesticide residues, according to the MRL regulated by the FDA. Among many of the benefits like being gluten free, our product is HACCP certified, Organic and Non GMO.
- RED QUINOA: It has saponin content less than 26mg/g as well as our other varieties. All our quinoa products fulfill the microbiological and organoleptic specifications and grain requirements. Our field production is handled by Global G.A.P. practices to ensure the best quality product.
